Quick thinking and a team with a can-do attitude resulted in a special edition F*R*I*E*N*D*S-themed Take & Bake Dinner for 2 by Edmonton’s A Cappella Catering!
Inspired by the kitchen’s favourite episodes – they took a walk down memory lane and put together this epic menu featuring dishes from some of the most iconic episodes in time for the highly anticipated reunion show on CRAVE Canada:
Phoebe’s Hummus and Pita Crisps
Joey’s Meatball Subs
Meatballs in marinara sauce w. bocconcini cheese and fresh parsley
Monica’s Mac ‘n Cheese
CURBSIDE Chorizo Mac n’ Cheese

Monica’s Beef Lasagna
Fire roasted tomato sauce with slow braised Alberta beef, layered with sheets of pasta, spinach and veggies and finished with Parmesan bechamel sauce
Mini Chandler’s Cheesecakes
Phoebe’s Grandma’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Rachel’s English Trifle Cups (minus beef, onions and peas!)
Needless to say – the response was off the charts with media outlets like CTV Morning Live and CBC Radio picking up the story. Local lifestyle blogger, influencer and F*R*I*E*N*D*S super fan Linda Hoang also added to the excitement with her review on TikTok!
