Spending time in Maui has become an annual affair for us but with clients and a few media who are first timers in tow, this recent trip turned into a chance to revisit old favourites and experience the newest culinary hot spots.

Some of our favourite eats from this trip – Sashimi platter at Japengo, Congee at ROCKsalt, Malasadas from Home Maid Bakery, the housemade syrups at Ululani’s Shave Ice, Mochiko Chicken at Tin Roof, Portuguese Sausage SPAM, Blueberry Peanut Butter brioche doughnuts from Donut Dynamite and the incredibly tender beef shortrib at Joey’s Kitchen in Whalers Village.
