We had the great pleasure of helping the team at Calgary’s Foreign Concept host a special collaboration dinner featuring Top Chef Canada season 6 winner, runner up and finalist – Chefs Ross Larkin from Raymonds in St. John’s, Mark Singson – a private chef from Vancouver and Calgary’s Chef Jinhee Lee who was joined by mentor Duncan Ly in preparing a 5 course dinner for Top Chef Canada fans.

The sold-out event was hosted by Top Chef Canada resident judge Mijune Pak and we had a chance to show our guests around town during their stay.

Dinner at Bread & Circus was in order as one of the long listed for this year’s enRoute Magazine’s best new restaurants.

What a great time we had with this gang – sharing stories from behind the scenes and giving them the play-by-play on how the show was perceived as a viewer. Lots of big laughs…We’re grateful to play a small part in creating #teamjinhee.
