Seven years after joining Edmonton’s food scene with RGE RD, one of the city’s first farm-to-table restaurants, award-winning hospitality due, Chef Blair Lebsack and Caitlin Fulton opened The Butchery by RGE RD in November of 2020. Global pandemic be damned, BONAFIDE coordinated a series of media site tours, interviews and morning show features while managing The Butchery by RGE RD’s socials and community partnerships to ensure the success of The Butchery’s launch.
The Butchery by RGE RD honours livestock from birth to block. They offer on-the-spot custom cuts, RGE RD’s signature questionable bits, homemade soups and stocks, house-cured meats, sausages and more, all within a 4,000-sq-foot market-style setting.
