Each year, we work with the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation to create an auction package on behalf of the Italian Centre Shop Calgary to donate to the Building Hope for Kids Gala. The event has a special theme and this year – it was Italy. Top Chef Canada S4 finalist Vittorio Colacitti made the trek from Toronto to prepare an Italian feast for 10 with help from our friend Chef Roy Oh from ANJU. $4,000 was raised for sick kids and we were absolutely thrilled to be a part of such a special evening.
