Small plates, big flavour – childhood pals Christian Mena and Lino Oliveira of Edmonton’s SABOR Restaurant expand into Strathcona County with a 5th location of popular spin-off BODEGA Tapas Bar by SABOR.
Located at 410 Baseline Rd, the duo bring traditional Spanish tapas to the ‘burbs and loyal fans will now get a fix of menu favourites including bacon-wrapped dates, seafood paella, Piri-Piri prawns and grilled octopus with olive tapenade. With 70 seats and a 30 seat patio – the addition of a extensive Gin & Tonic program and an ever changing selection of wines by the glass make for a new hot spot for locals to gather.
Service starts at 4pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Walk in only.
