For the past three years we have enlisted Top Chef Canada competitors to join us in Calgary for a very special auction donation on behalf of the Italian Centre Shop Calgary in support of the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. This year’s event raised $11,000 for the charity on the last day of their annual radiothon and we were delighted to welcome Chef Matthew Sullivan from Toronto’s Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment to take over the kitchen at the shop this year.

Once again – BONVIDA Wines’s Mark Bata was kind to provide the wine pairings for the luxurious multi-course feast and we also had the pleasure of having SAIT Pastry Instructor Chef Christine Beard graciously donate her time to assist Chef Matt.

The dinner was incredible with all 20 guests in awe of the menu placed before them…We are so proud to be part of this fundraising dinner each year.
