SABOR’s annual seafood festival has become one of Edmonton’s most highly anticipated culinary festivals over the past few years and its media preview is arguably one of the hottest tickets in town.

Childhood pals and business partners Christian Mena and Chef Lino Oliveira close the doors to the public and host a seafood extravaganza for local media, vendors and top customers. Each year, a special guest chef is invited to collaborate on an unforgettable dinner. We welcomed celebrity chef and cookbook author Ned Bell from OceanWise Life to Edmonton this year and had a whirlwind two days starting with the taping of four segments with Global Edmonton’s Lorraine Mansbridge, a meet and greet with local chefs and a private event for 100 of our closest friends.
