This exciting event is the first of a two-part cultural exchange which welcomes Maui chefs to SABOR to help launch the 5th Annual SABOR Seafood Festival in late July. Past guest chefs include Vancouver-based Chef Ned Bell of Ocean Wise Life and Calgary-based Chef Jan Hansen formerly of Hotel Arts.
