We’ve had the pleasure of working with the wonderful and talented Kyo Cheung from Sugarwater Bar this year and as a holiday gift to us, he created this delicious cocktail using Black Diamond Distillery‘s collaboration spirit with Rosy Farms. We included Haskap Berry Liqueur in our BONAFIDE Box this year and bought a few extra bottles for holiday gifting. Here’s the recipe to the BONAFIDE Berry Bomb!
.5oz haskap juice
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz simple syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the liquids and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with orange twist.
