Chef Jinhee Lee is officially set to defend her title as the 2017 Garland Canada International Chef Challenge winner at the Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival from September 13 – 16, 2018 at the Charlottetown Event Grounds.
Six culinary stars from Top Chef Canada will to compete, including Chef Jinhee’s fellow finalists Mark Singson, JP Miron and Top Chef Canada winner Ross Larkin.
Highlights of the jam-packed weekend include:
Junior Chef Challenge presented by Dairy Farmers of Canada
Feast and Frolic presented by Lobster Fishers of PEI and prepared by national chef of the year, Irwin MacKinnon from Papa Joe’s Restaurant.
Experience PEI – a complete experience for shellfish lovers including a Seafood Safari, Oyster Lovers, Fiddling Fisherman and Taste the Town – Shellfish Edition.
Chefs Lynn Crawford and Michael Smith will be on hand to host the festivities.
