The 38-seat hidden gem on Calgary’s dynamic 17th Ave is nestled between the casual UNA Takeaway and speakeasy-esque Frenchie Wine Bar. Inventive flavour combinations, locally sourced ingredients and fresh pastas made in house are presented with charm and whimsy by the team led by Ottawa-born Chef Kayle Burns who moved to Calgary by way of Melbourne, Australia where he was Chef de Cuisine at award-winning Lûmé.
The warmth and detail-filled space is bustling five nights a week and boasts a small and impactful menu inspired by traditional Roman flavours with a modern twist.
