Accompanied by freelance writer and photographer, Theresa Tayler – we hit the ground running when we landed in Toronto for the Gourmet Food & Expo. It was a whirlwind managing a brand activation for Switzerland Cheese Marketing, meeting some of their retailers and leading their segments on the show’s cooking stage but we managed to enjoy a few fun things while in town.
