Edmonton. It’s where we grew up…It’s where our family lives…It’s where the dearest of our friends are. To say we love Edmonton is a HUGE understatement…and we are still, as a Calgary-based company – still very loud and proud.
When people we know are making the trek to Edmonton – we are often asked about our favourite things…Here’s the first of many round ups of our go-to’s:
STAY: Fairmont Hotel MacDonald, Chateau Lacombe, CRASH Hotel (literally just to crash)
EAT: We’re a bit biased of course! SABOR (family-style is the way to go – trust us), Bodega Wine and Tapas Bar (best lunch specials at DT and 124), Uccelino (the chickpea fritters with fried sage) , Kanto 98 (the fried chicken is off the charts), Ohana Donuterie (chocolate dip is our fave), ONO Poke Co. (Uncle Thom’s is SO good), King Noodle House (best Pho in town), Sai Woo (late night after too many libations), Espresso at the counter at Italian Centre Shop in Little Italy…
