On a beautiful summer night in downtown Edmonton, three kids from immigrant families, all grown up, feeding spirit and stomachs in Alberta were beaming with pride in their hometown. The 3rd Annual SABOR Seafood Festival featured special guest chef Jan Hansen from Calgary’s Hotel Arts and brought the Danish chef back home to his roots cooking in Edmonton for the first time in decades.
To say Christian, Lino and Jan hit it off would be an understatement and our media/vip guests were treated to a very special evening of delicious food and entertainment featuring a 100% OceanWise certified menu.
